Chick Fil A Nuggets
knock off but pretty DANG close!
the original recipe came from here.

2 Chicken Breasts (at least)- Cubed
1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper (I felt it needed a little more so go to taste with salt and pepper)
1 egg 1 cup milk (use it to marinate the chicken so enough to cover your chicken)
Oil for frying (Peanut or Canola recommended)

So basically cut up the chicken, trim away any fat and yuck. Marinate in Milk for at least 30 minutes 2-4 hours is ideal but we don't always plan that far ahead do we?
(I did two batches of these and the second batch ended up marinating them for just over 24 hours and they were my favorite batch they were the most tender and juicy this time around I also forgot the egg and didn't make to much difference since it had soaked for so long)

Put dry ingredients into a Zip lock bag and after marinating chicken put shake them about in the dry ingredients bag.
Fry chicken in about an inch of oil that's about 375 degrees until no longer pink in the center and golden brown on the outside.

Great with Dr Pepper BBQ sauce :)
